30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unworn, unwashed item in its original condition. Please contact backnineblends@gmail.com to initiate a return. We'll provide instructions and assist you throughout the process. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
How to Start a Return
- Email backnineblends@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return
- We'll review and provide instructions on next steps
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Quality Issues
Received something defective, damaged, or not matching the listing?
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at backnineblends@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue
- We'll investigate and, in most cases, send a replacement at no additional cost
Clearance Items
Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
