How long will it take to receive my order?

After placing your order, please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing, printing, and shipping. Since we use a print-on-demand service, the time may vary slightly, but we’ll make sure to keep you updated on your order’s status.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Since we use a print-on-demand service, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they’ve entered the printing process. However, if you need to make any changes, please reach out to customer support at backnineblends@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel the order on your behalf before production begins.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact customer support as soon as possible at backnineblends@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and resolve it to the best of our ability. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for issues caused by the carrier once the package is in transit, but we will assist you as much as possible.

What if I receive a defective or damaged item?
